Sort Your SpinBit Verification Like a Pro

Key Steps to Get Verified

Your ID Proof, Mate!

Time to prove you’re the real deal. Chuck us a valid ID, no fakes, no copies, and definitely no blurry shots. We need the full monty – all corners, clear as day.

  • Passport
  • Driver’s License (Just a heads up, for NZ licenses, we need a gander at both sides. The back’s where the magic date is.)
  • Government-Issued ID

Prove Your Pad

Where d’ya hang your hat? We need a document showing your digs. Make sure it’s a recent one – nothing older than 180 days, and we want to see the whole shebang.

  • Bank Statement
  • Utility Bill
  • Phone Bill
  • Credit Card Statement
  • Insurance Policy
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Tax Declaration

Showing Us the Money

Let’s talk dosh. We need proof of your payment. No scans or screenshots, mate – we want the real thing, and it’s gotta show everything.

Used a credit card? Show us every card you’ve played with in the last 6 months. We’re talking full card view – edges, your name, the expiry, and those key digits (first 6 and last 4, thanks).

For the ANZ and Kiwi Bank crew, if your name’s not on your card, here’s the workaround:

  • ANZ users: A PDF bank statement with your name and card number in the transactions should do it.
  • Kiwi Bank users: A yarn with your bank for a Proof of Ownership letter for the card ending in XXXX should sort you out.
